GAP FOODS established 1994. From initially operating out of a small room to the present 1500 square meter factory in New Germany, Gap Foods has always maintained a healthy code of conduct, ensuring customer satisfaction & uncompromised quality.

This 100% Black owned SMME company employs a staff of 25, operating a food technology laboratory, microbiology laboratory, factory, production & dispatch departments all overseen by a skilled management team.

All products generated by Gap Foods are researched & developed in house by qualified technicians producing a broad variety of food products such as spices, herbs, seasonings, soups, sauces, salad dressings, flavors & custard powders.

Our clientele ranges from government institutes to hotels etc. We are also involved in development & manufacture to retail customers.
